InnoTech IT Outsourcing allows small businesses to bridge the gap between no IT support and costly in-house staff.  Our service plans are designed to be affordable no matter how big or small your business is.  As your business grows, our plans grow proportionally.  There will never be a large jump in price as you go into a higher service level.

InnoTech IT Outsourcing Service
Arguably the best way to avert technology disasters is routine maintenence.  This belief is the core of our service plans.  Each plan provides you with 6 hours worth of service time per month for InnoTech to provide you a set of standard services that are performed on a monthly basis - whether there are problems or not.  These core services include:

• Desktop Cleanup
• Server Cleanup
• Software updates
• System performance checks & optimizations
• Virus/Spyware software updates 
• 2 hour callback on any service request
• 6 hour response for non-emergencies

Affordability
Our plan pricing is simple.  You pay a monthly fee for the hardware you have.  There is no contract and no long-term committment.  Pricing is adjusted whenever you add or remove hardware.  It doesn't get any simpler than that.  The pricing schedule is follows:

• $80.00/month per server *
• $40.00/month per workstation **
• $20.00/month for networking device/support
  
• $20.00/month per printer

That's it.  Fees include all routine maintenence as well as minor troubleshooting/upgrades.  In most cases you won't need to break out of the plan pricing but should an emergency arise or major upgrades are planned InnoTech will charge you a per job hourly rate. 

Hourly Per-Diem Rates

• $60/hr
• Minimum $30 charge for 12 hour on-site response time
• Minimum $90 charge for 4 hour or less emergency on-site response time

Non-Emergency Response times for Per-Diem customers are as follows:

• 4 hour callback
• On-site within 12 hours

We will make every effort to respond faster but the above times are our standards.

• A coumputer with more than 2 hard drives
• A computer running any "server" operating system
• A computer which contains resources that are accessed by 2 or more clients

** InnoTech defines a "workstation" as any/all of the following:

• A computer that only 1 person would be using at any given time

• A computer running a non-server operating system
• A computer with no shared resources
